Located in the historic Montvale
Hotel, Scratch is Spokane's only fine dining restaurant featuring all local
ingredients that are organic or harvested wild. The menu includes
everything from Lobster and Shitake Wontons and Crispy Duck Sushi Roll
to Scratch Gumbo, steaks, pastas, seafood and homemade bread. Your taste buds will be
tantalized by the vast array of spices and seasonings prepared by Chef Jason
Rex. Elegant lighting and a romantic atmosphere will take you away to
another time and place as you sip the most tasteful wines and enjoy a meal
that will inspire your palate.

November, 2007. An affordable, upscale dining experience. With
a modern, chic atmosphere, you will be served with professional style.
Banquet or meeting space available for up to 40 people. Full service
menu until midnight Monday-Thursday and until 2am Friday and Saturday.
